Position: Project Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities:
l Conduct sales and payment record of on-going projects and clients;
l Assist project team leader to analyze project execution progress;
l Assist financial manager to arrange payment process to subcontractors;
l Support internal coordination through information exchanges and work with project execution team;
l Support the team and management in achieving targets and objectives; and
l Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management of the team.
Requirements:
l Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the field of equipment/materials sales, marketing, or project execution in oil & gas or related industries.
l Experience in using MS Excel, Word, PPT, knowledge of database would be an advantage.
l Financial analytical and modeling skills, and credit skills will be an advantage.
l Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities.
l Proficient oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of Mandarin/Arabic would be an advantage.
l Bachelor’s degree with specialization in business administration, finance, or mechanics or petroleum engineering related fields.
