Job Description:
We are seeking a User Operations Specialist to work in Saudi Arabia. The User Operations Specialist will be primarily responsible for the establishment and management of Game Master teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and an excellent understanding of the gaming community.
Responsibilities:
Establish and manage Game Master teams for mobile games.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Game Master teams.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure consistency across all Game Master teams.
Create and manage schedules for Game Master teams.
Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding the performance of Game Master teams.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that Game Master teams are meeting the needs of the gaming community.
Identify opportunities for use experience improvement and implement solutions.
Develop training programs for Game Master teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in mobile gaming or related field.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
